1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AdBrief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AdBrief is an AI-powered advertising platform. It includes 10 AI tools (Creative Brief, Express Audit, Campaign Strategy, Ad Copy, Ad Creative, SOS Performance, Creative Analyzer, LP Analyzer, Budget Calculator, Weekly Report, Hook Generator, Ad Calendar) across 5 advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest). The service is available via subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) and a limited free tier.

3. Your Account

• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• •Prices are in USD and billed monthly via Stripe
• •The free plan includes 3 generation credits (non-renewable)
• •Paid plans (Solo $29/mo, Pro $59/mo, Agency $99/mo) auto-renew unless canceled
• •You can cancel anytime via the Subscription page or Stripe Customer Portal
• •No refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• •Use AdBrief to create illegal, deceptive, or misleading advertisements
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Resell generated outputs as a standalone AI tool or service (using outputs for your own ad campaigns is permitted and encouraged)

6. AI-Generated Content

• •Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• •You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use
• •AdBrief does not guarantee specific advertising performance results
• •You own the outputs generated with your account and may use them freely

7. Intellectual Property

• •The AdBrief brand, logo, interface, and system prompts are owned by Novaleads
• •You retain full ownership of your inputs and the AI-generated outputs

8. Limitation of Liability

• •AdBrief is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• •We are not liable for advertising performance, campaign results, or platform policy violations resulting from the use of generated content
• •Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the preceding 3 months

9. Termination

• •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• •You may delete your account at any time by contacting us

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nanterre, France.

The user is solely responsible for the advertising content created and published using AdBrief. AdBrief does not guarantee the compliance, accuracy, or performance of AI-generated content. The AI tools are provided as an aid and do not constitute professional advertising advice.
