Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AdBrief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AdBrief is an AI-powered advertising platform across 5 ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and 15 verticals, EU-native, bilingual FR/EN. The service is available via subscription plans and a limited free tier.

3. Eligibility

•AdBrief is for business use only
•You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
•You must represent a legally registered entity

4. Account Creation and Security

•You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
•You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
•One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.
•You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

•Use AdBrief to create illegal, deceptive, or misleading advertisements
•Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
•Abuse AI generations (automated usage, scripts, excessive load)
•Share your account credentials with others
•Resell generated outputs as a standalone AI tool or service (using outputs for your own ad campaigns is permitted and encouraged)

6. Meta Platform Terms Reference

By using AdBrief to access data from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram Ads), you agree to comply with Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. Any violation of Meta's policies is also a violation of these Terms.

AdBrief reads campaign metadata and performance insights from your Meta ad accounts via the Meta Marketing API using the ads_read scope only (read-only). AdBrief acts as a Tech Provider via Facebook Login for Business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Meta”, “Facebook”, and “Instagram” are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Payment, Subscription & Billing

•Prices are in EUR and billed monthly via Stripe (see the Pricing page for details)
•14-day free trial available for new users, no credit card required
•Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period
•You can cancel anytime via the Subscription page or Stripe Customer Portal
•You retain access until the end of your current billing period
•VAT is added according to applicable French and EU legislation

8. Refund Policy

In accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation, articles L221-18 et seq.), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from subscription.

AdBrief also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first month of paid subscription, contact us at contact@novaleads.eu for a full refund.

No refunds will be granted for subsequent months or partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.

9. Content Ownership

•You retain full ownership of your data and inputs
•You retain ownership of AI-generated outputs produced with your account and may use them freely
•You grant AdBrief a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service

10. AdBrief Intellectual Property

The AdBrief platform, including its interface, system prompts, playbooks, industry patterns, source code, design, brand, and logo, is the exclusive property of Novaleads. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

•Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
•Strategic recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute personalized professional advertising advice
•You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use
•AdBrief does not guarantee specific advertising performance results (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
•You remain responsible for final decisions regarding your campaigns

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

•AdBrief is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied
•We make best efforts to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime
•We do not warrant that the service will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

13. Limitation of Liability

•AdBrief is not liable for advertising performance, campaign results, or platform policy violations resulting from the use of generated content
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBrief’s total liability is capped at the total amount you paid in the last 12 months
•AdBrief shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdBrief harmless from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

•You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Account)
•AdBrief may suspend or terminate your account for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, non-payment) with reasonable notice
•In case of severe breach or security risk, termination may be immediate

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable resolution by contacting contact@novaleads.eu. Failing such agreement, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, Paris jurisdiction.
